Currently {{Sha256AuthenticationProvider}} is hardcoded in BasicAuthPlugin.
Allow user to specify a new parameter {{authenticationProvider}} in
{{security.json}} which determines the authentication provider with . Example:

"class":"solr.BasicAuthPlugin",
"authenticationProvider":{
"class":"my.custom.AuthenticationProvider",

We would still default to {{Sha256AuthenticationProvider}}
