the underlying Angular service connects to /solr/$COLLECTION/dataimport, rather
than /solr/$COLLECTION/$YOUR_DATAIMPORT_HANDLER. That's a bug.
Also, if it can't parse the XML, it fails, setting hasHandlers = false, showing
the 'now handlers found' message. That's a bug also.
