Currently RJDBC is failing with the following error

Error in .jcall(rp, "I", "fetch", stride, block) :
java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException
Calls: dbGetQuery ... fetch -> fetch -> .local -> .jcall -> .jcheck -> .Call

This is caused by the following code in RJDBC

try { // run in a try since it's a hint, but some bad drivers fail on it anyway
(see #11)
rs.setFetchSize(fetchSize);
} catch (java.sql.SQLException e) { } // we can't use
SQLFeatureNotSupportedException because that's 1.6+ only

This will require that ResultSetImpl implements setFetchSize or setFetchSize
should throw a SQLException instead of UnsupportedOperationException.
