Two main problems:
1) The solrcloud launch config requires ant to have been run before it works.
This is tolerable if not ideal.
2) It uses the precompiled jars in WEB-INF/lib instead of using the IntelliJ
compiled classes that reflect up-to-date IDE edits. Fixing this would be a be
win, but may require some digging into setting up the jetty container properly.
