Hi Bram,

Docs welcome!

Direct ref guide edits are restricted to Lucene/Solr committers - see the
details here:
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Internal+-+Maintaining+Documentation#Internal-MaintainingDocumentation-WhoCanEditThisDocumentation>

I found mention of IndexUpgrader only on
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Major+Changes+from+Solr+5+to+Solr+6>,
 with no actual instructions anywhere else on the ref guide. It’s not clear to
me exactly which page would host such info, maybe
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Upgrading+Solr> or
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Upgrading+a+Solr+Cluster>?

Please include your suggested documentation in a comment on one of the
above-linked upgrade-related ref guide pages.

Thanks!
