SchemaManager waits correctly for replicas to be notified of a new change
For branch_6_0: Modified TestManagedSchemaAPI.java to use old-style
CollectionAdminRequest.Reload, since CollectionAdminRequest.reloadCollection()
from SOLR-8765 will land in 6.1.
