method:stream today is like facet.method=enum except it currently only supports 
sort:"index asc" since it steps over the terms in the field and then calculates 
each bucket individually before sending it out.  That's why it's called 
"stream"... we don't keep more than one facet bucket in memory at a time.  Each 
bucket is generated right before being written to the response output stream.

stream still won't be optimal for high cardinality facets where the input 
domain is only a few documents since it involves stepping over all of the terms.
But we can certainly implement more methods that support streaming (including 
supporting the full range of sorts that other facet methods do).
