We have a case where structured json input data contains a lot of periods in
field names so the resulting document field names with f=$FQN:/** comes
somewhat ugly. It would be nice to have a option to give the delimiter as a
parameter (ie. fdelim=/) to override the currently hardcoded delimiter (period).
