Steve Rowe resolved SOLR-9034.

Resolution: Fixed
I've opened SOLR-9229 for the {{TestNRTOpen.testSharedCores()}} failures, and
since they don't seem to be directly related to this issue - more likely
SOLR-8621 is the cause - I'm resolving this issue.
