- fixed a bug with unicode codepoints [rmuir]
- added promotion of exact matches to the top of the list (weighted mode)
- added a "poor man's" alphabetical lookup even if weights are used (still
faster than the existing implementations, but suboptimal to the case when no
weights are used at all).
- Added a few test cases here and there, reorganized the code.
- Turned thresholds into real config parameters.
