SOLR-8146 and SOLR-8522 has been worked on to allow SolrJ CloudSolrClient to
have preferred replica for query/read more specifically for multiple Data
Center's scenario but there is no/unclear documentation on how exactly this
feature can be used and what steps needs to be taken care at SolrJ client side
and part of collection configuration/state.
I am offering help to create the required documentation if little more details
can be provided.
