Have you tracked any possible code issues? If not, it's usually best to ask
these kinds of questions on the user's list first, it'll be seen by a _lot_
more eyes then raise a JIRA if it's confirmed as something to be addressed in
code.
As you can tell I haven't a clue about the underlying issue...
