The {{method}} on a field/term facet could be automatically set to "stream" in
some cases and get better results?. For example if {{limit}} is -1 or is a
number that is at a decent proportion of the known available terms, then
"stream" makes sense to me. And also, provided that the "base" docset (aka
input domain) is large.
