Shai: I don't understand most of what you're saying, but in the interest of
helping out with the easy stuff so you can focus on the hard stuff I've updated
the patch with some additional tests...
* testDeleteFollwedByUpdateOfDeletedValue - new & demonstrates the adversarial
situation you & mike discussed
* testBiasedMixOfRandomUpdates - updated to mix in deletes & commits
** I was not able to get this to fail after beasting 1000 iters, so i suspect
i've either screwed something up, or the random values are so random that
there's never any "collision" between uncommited deletes and updates ... i'll
investigate more tomorrow.
