added the logic of automatically loading xlsx writer automatically if available
in classpath
I think it should be possible to pass the {{columnNames}} and {{columnWidths}}
should be request parameters. That way the user never needs to configure
anything
example: {{columnWidth.id=3&columnName.id=ID}}
