Hi,

Robert and me decided to delete it as it was simply a short overlap of
actions (I moved the Lucene one to Solr and he opened a duplicate), so the
issue was never commented so open/closed in less than 5 minutes. OK it
appears in some mails :)

At least it is tested now that moving issues from one project to another is
also working in Apache's JIRA, I knew it only from our's :-) You may have
noticed that when moving an issue to another project it gets a new issue
number (of course), but the old one is still alive using a redirect (like it
is in MediaWiki when renaming pages). So moving an issue is safe regarding
stable links.
