New patch with some extra INFO->DEBUG conversions related to startup. One of 
the changes is to log this line only when there is actually a change in number 
of nodes:

o.a.s.c.c.ZkStateReader Updated live nodes from ZooKeeper... (0) -> (0)

Do you see a need to log it even if there is no change?
