Alexandre Rafalovitch closed SOLR-1866.

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Six year-old issue that talks about webapp against unknown Solr version. A ping 
to confirm closure a year ago got no reply. Closing for now. If this becomes an 
issue later, it can be reopened or new issue created.
