New patch which is tested on Windows.
I might have added the {{%AUTHC_OPTS%}} a few places too much (20 places),
anyone familiar with which commands really need it?
Still have not tested setting $SOLR_AUTHENTICATION_CLIENT_BUILDER variable, as
I need an example of how to test it. Anyone?
