New patch, cutting over:
* CollectionTooManyReplicasTest
* CollectionsAPIDistributedZkTest
* CustomCollectionTest
* RecoveryZkTest
Also adds some helper methods:
* UpdateRequest.withRoute()
* Slice.getReplicas(Predicate) to allow retrieval of replicas that match a
predicate
* MiniSolrCloudCluster.injectChaos() to make tests that much more interesting
