Oops, sorry for being so vague. With "both" I meant "committing this" and "put
it on 6_2 as well". I can't help with Windows, and I think that's why SOLR-8065
got stalled, but if you agree on doing this separately for Windows, that would
be great. It's not easy to maintain your own version of the solr script when
it's being enhanced all the time, and this issue has existed way too long
already without anyone stepping up to do something about the Windows version.
