Resolution: Incomplete
Fix Version/s: (was: 4.4)

Either this is available these days via the bin/solr script, OR if the
component "client - c#" is being used correctly here, it's actually a problem
for the SolrSharp project to resolve.
Either way, there's not enough info to know which it is, so closing as
Incomplete.
