The Minikdc provided by Hadoop 3 is using Apache Kerby library for kerberos
authentication (instead of ApacheDS library used in 2.x versions). This jira is
to track the changes required to get the TestSolrCloudWithKerberosAlt to pass
with the Minikdc shipped as part of Hadoop 3.
