SolrCmdDistributorTest seems to be exposing a race of some kind or something.
It's fails on 99% of my local runs.
InstrumentedHttpRequestExecutor hits an NPE in Timer timer(HttpRequest
request), I'd guess because the metricsRegistry has not been assigned yet.
