In SOLR-9513, GenericHadoopAuthPlugin and HadoopAuthPlugin have both crept in
by mistake. Since Solr 6.4 RC is already out, proposing to deprecate the former
(and not documenting GenericHadoopAuthPlugin in the refguide at all).
