Please raise issues like this on the user's list, many more people will see it
and you'll likely get help much more quickly.
If it's determined that this is a new problem with Solr code, _then_ you should
raise a JIRA.
In this case the limit you're seeing is likely configurable at the _container_
level, i.e. Jetty and is not specific to Solr.
