I've been trying to get my MSDN subscription renewed (useful for testing on various flavors of Windows) and unfortunately I failed. I didn't hear back from Ross Gardler (https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/donated-licenses/msdn.txt) and Microsoft support doesn't know anything about this donated license.
