Because our goal for this ticket is make v2 API available at "/v2" instead of
"/solr/v2".
We also have a discussion with [~hossman], and he have an great idea to this
problem. So here are the latest patch.
In this patch :
- "/solr/v2" is changed into "/solr/____v2" so users won't attempt to use this
path
- jetty will internally redirect (very fast) "/v2" to "/solr/____v2"
