Attachment: LUCENE-7738.patch
First patch adds {{InetAddressRangeField}} along with support for
{{INTERSECTS}}, {{WITHIN}}, {{CONTAINS}}, and {{CROSSES}} queries.
Patch also includes random testing for both IPv4 and IPv6.
