Fix For: 5.6
As a fix for SOLR-9445, the admin paths were put into CommonParams inside Solrj
and used by both CloudSolrClient and LbHttpSolrClient. This was broken by
SOLR-8029 and SOLR-8045 which duplicated the paths in CloudSolrClient.
