Added new patch with the following:
# AuthorizationResponse now contains the permission that permitted the request
to succeed.
# ConfigSetsHandler sets "trusted" as true/false depending on whether the
/admin/configs endpoint was protected or not.
# For untrusted configsets, don't allow StatelessScriptUpdateProcess and the
XSLT processing of XmlLoader (formerly XsltUpdateHandler). Added tests for the
same.
# TODO: Do the same for DIH's script transformer and RunExecutableListener.
