Uploading first patch. I went with the environment variable.
* Removed password sysprops from start scripts
* Added env variable usage to jetty-ssl.xml
* Created a {{Configurations}} object to handle {{javax.net.ssl.*}} passwords
The change was tested on both linux and windows.
