Updated patch, upping ZK dep to 3.4.10.
Compilation succeeds, and I looked at 3.4.10's sample zoo.cfg to see if there
were changes we should include (there weren't any new ones).
I'm going to run all tests and precommit. Assuming nothing goes wrong, I want
to commit this so it gets included in Solr 6.6.
