Looking at the CHANGES file, I noticed one of the entries is missing the author:
https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/blob/efed0277dd3fe9b7e81f260f4f2d4fc023eea50d/solr/CHANGES.txt#L252-L253
SOLR-10357

I am not sure what's the correct steps to fix for that (JIRA is
needed, mention original JIRA, etc?)?

Regards,
   Alex.
P.s. I am also finding it hard to keeping reverse mapping "(ab)" to
"Andrzej Bialecki" in my mind, but perhaps I just need better memory.
