A few fixes for the new ref-guide HTML format:
* Favicon is not displayed
* Topnav link to community should point to
http://lucene.apache.org/solr/community.html
Also, should there not be a link to the Solr website in the topnav? Perhaps
replace "Solr news" link with "Solr website"?
