[~joel.bernstein] Please review the updated patch. With a small refactoring
we can avoid all the copy/paste. If this is in line with what you'd want, do
you think it would make sense to go one step further and combine
CalciteJDBCStream with SqlHandler#SqlHandlerStream and locate this in solr-core.
