[~gilo], it includes the same fix you posted in your patch, plus two other
related fixes in different spots in the code. Hopefully there is some interest
in getting this patch into the code base. From the looks of it, this bug has
been happening for a long time. We have been running this patch in our 6.2
solr cloud for about a week now with good results.
