Patch:
* On the Language Analysis page:
** Removes the CJK section, along with the no-longer-present CJKTokenizer.
** Renames the Chinese section to Traditional Chinese (there is already a
Simplified Chinese section).
** Adds coverage of {{CJKBigramFilter}}, linked to the Traditional Chinese
section when used with {{StandardTokenizer}}.
** Mentions the possibility of using the default {{ICUTokenizer}} configuration
with both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
** Adds internal links from the Japanese section to the individual component
sections.
* Adds a test for Traditional Chinese to Lucene's {{TestICUTokenizerCJK}}.
I plan to commit as soon as precommit passes.
