remove methods & constants deprecated in SOLR-8970, as well the
{{solrtest.keystore}} file which is no longer needed now that these
methods/constants are removed (since 6.0.1 solr tests have used a keystore
loaded from test-framework's jar - the file was only left in place for
backcompat if anyone downstream was using the deprecated methods & constnats)
