Somehow, even though it was already "Old" before Solr was contributed to Apache
11 freaking years ago, we have never gotten around to officially deprecating
the "OldLuceneQParser" (which has a really hacky syntax that predates being
able to send multiple request params to solr).
we should:
* officially mark this "deprecated" in 7.0
* remove mentions of it from the ref gude
* delete from master (once we have a branch_7)
