These methods have been deprecated for a while, are currently unused in Solr
(master), and are very visibile to people writting "plugins" -- so we should
definitely ensure they are removed before 7.0...

* QueryParsing.getDefaultField
* SolrPluginUtils.docListToSolrDocumentList
