Attaching first patch
* extending {{SSLConfigurations}} to use Hadoop configurations
* Loading store passwords from {{SSLConfigurations}} in {{jetty-ssl.xml}}
* Introducting SOLR_HADOOP_CREDENTIAL_PROVIDER_PATH variable for credential 
provider path

Tested on mac and windows.
