Attachment: SOLR-10501.patch
Patch adding randomized testing for all point types for sortMissingFirst and
sortMissingLast.
Also:
* Widened the range over which random values are produced to each type's full
range.
* Consolidated/generified the random value generators.
The test suite has passed for me a few times. I'll beast the test for a while
before I commit.
