It's fairly fundamentally broken as an AttributeFactory, which is presumably
why it was deprecated in the first place. It just happens to be useful for
testing, and it's wormed its way into the Solr spellchecker API.
It might be possible to replace it with a TokenStream in solr, I'll give that a
go.
