We have decided that V2 API should respond with proper payload
(javabin/json/xml) depending on the {{wt}} parameter. this was necessary
because , we want to eliminate the html error message which is useless. If an
exception is thrown, jetty responds with an html response. Moreover jetty
responds with some message we cannot control
