Bringing the patch up to date with the latest changes. Introduced a new
ActionContext class which provides access to the source trigger and properties
that can be used to pass additional information (and output) to the next
actions. This will be used by ComputePlanAction to forward the plan to
ExecutePlanAction and LogPlanAction. There is a test failure in
ComputePlanActionTest on node lost triggers which I am investigating.
