Here's a patch that includes the fix for SOLR-10948 and the
\@SuppressPointsField needed for SOLR-10949.
I'm going to hold off on committing until SOLR-8256 gets dealt with, because as
things stand right now it's impossible to run TestLTROnSolrCloud to be sure
that works ok.
