These are not documented because they are not public APIs. A user should never
need to call them explicitly. When CDCR detects that the source is so far ahead
of the target cluster that it won't have all the update logs since the
beginning of indexing, it will resort to using these bootstrap APIs to ship
over already built index segments and then switch to update log replication for
incrementals.
