In the last 10 days I've seen 5 failures of different ChaosMonkey tests
(nightly) with the message: "The Monkey ran for over 45 seconds and no jetties
were stopped - this is worth investigating!" in master only. This is a new kind
of failure, maybe something changed to trigger this.
