Updated patch. Some more minor cleanups .
For example the schema doesn't point to any wiki links anymore. Everything
points to the new ref guide and also takes Jason's redirect suggestion into
account.
Any feedback is welcome .. Otherwise I'll run the tests etc and commit it in a
days time
